I was approached by an internal recruiter via linkedin and after the initial screening call, I was handed over to another recruiter who was then responsible for guiding me throughout the whole interview process. The first interviewer was very engaging and helpful while the second one just sent me some materials to go through and that was really it. Very brief email conversation and when I tried to suggest a meeting to go through the study material he always said was too busy.
The whole process consisted of 3 interviews. The first one was the screening by the recruiter, the second one was an actual interview with the hiring team (Part 1: Competency-Based Interview (30 minutes), Part 2: Mock Call (15 minutes), Part 3: Q&A (15 minutes)), and then another interview with the hiring team and some other BDR's (Interview Duration: 90 minutes Part 1: Mock Call Review (30 minutes), Part 2: Functional Competencies (30 minutes), Part 3: Peer Connect (15 minutes)).
The whole process was relatively fast, except for the last part after the final stage interview. The wait for the decision was supposed to be 48 hours but it was somewhat longer than that (don't remember exactly, but I was nervous af).
The presentation was also supposed to be directly connected to the mock call, which I was not aware of before and I didn't realize that the answers given by the prospect during the mock call will matter. They did because I was supposed to prepare a presentation and demonstrate value to the prospect based on the initial phone call.
