I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview was exactly how I expected. It was an informational interview. We wanted to see that I was the right fit for the job just as much as the job was a right for for me. Look at the info the recruiters send you before the interview and prepare!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (Sydney) in Jul 2017
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me to have an initial phone call to ensure both parties were clear on what the role was and if it would be the right fit for me. I then had a phone interview with my line manager, followed by a face to face meeting with him and another Director before doing a final presentation with 3 stakeholders.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (Boston, MA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Excellent and very professional, from the first initial call to onsite meetings. Once they are interested in your skills, the process moves on very smoothly. The culture and the fit are very important and they point that out clearly. Clients/customers and partners are family and its much more than a slogan at Salesforce. They work very hard to make sure and that's how it should be.
