Salesforce Customer Success Manager CSM interview questions

The interview process is good and ambitious. First individual rounds, then panel interview with case to present. Gets you very motivated and makes Salesforce get the right person for the job.

A great process. From application to offer took just over 2 months. I applied with a referral. First was a screen with the recruiter, followed by an interview with someone in the role / hiring manager. Then last round was a panel interview that included a presentation I had to prepare for. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the process, and I received updates at least weekly, if not more frequently.
