Salesforce Customer Success Manager interview questions

Pretty straight forward. Got a message fro the recruiter and scheduled a short call, he told me about the proccess and how long it would take (3-4 weeks tops). 1st meeting was with a director (different team) were most of the call focused on my experience and why I wanted to join Salesforce 2nd meeting required to prepare a case and presentation about a personal experience with a customer (STAR methodology). Tou are encouraged to talk to an active employee to get a better idea of how Salesforce works (this is a suggestion, not enforced) 3rd meeting was very technical with the hiring manager, discussions about troubleshooting, train of thought and how to proceed with client requests. I believe a good study session regarding all Salesforce products can be of help when preparing for your inteviews
