Sono stata contattata da HR a seguito di un referral, subito dopo mi è stato fissato il primo colloquio con l’Hiring Manager via Skype durato circa 1h. Passato questo step mi è stato confermata la Panel Interview, da sostenere circa una decina di giorni dopo. A conclusione di questa, ho chiuso la selezione con una call finale, per poi ricevere la proposta 3/4 giorni dopo. Il tutto è durato all’incirca 3 settimane.

Four interviews total. One with the recruiter who basically screened me to see if I was a good fit for the company - roughly 30 minutes. One with the head of the team - roughly 45 mins. One with a member of the team - roughly 45 minutes. Final interview was a panel of three people (head of the team again and 2 other members). At this panel interview I had to present a slideshow based on a case study.

Nombreuses étapes très guidées (entretiens de personnalité avec différents acteurs de l’entreprise) puis assessment center où l’on doit présenter un cas d'étude en groupe. Tests de compétences individuelles, en groupe, tests de personnalité, capacité à synthétiser une problématique, mettre en relation des enjeux métiers et business.
