Sharing my experience interviewing with Salesforce for Agentforce FDE (Multiple Levels)
Pros:
- The interview process extremely smooth.
- They provided a clear documentation of how to prepare for the interview, - clearly instructed how to and how not to use AI.
- Gave enough time to prepare and research about interviewers background, how to prepare to ask targeted questions to each interviewer etc.
- Process wise 90/100
- Technical rounds were extremely clear. No vague questions asked.
- The interviewers were friendly and will not make you feel like you are attending interviews. The discussion will be always friendly conversations.
Cons:
- Although i was interviewed for a Agentforce FDE role, my final round was mostly about how do i collect requirements, how do i ask clarification questions, how do i communicate with business - which only reflected the past experience of the interviewer and not what the role demanded.
- Most of the communications were officially written on emails. However the negotiations, sharing the benefits etc. were mostly on calls and text messages (which I find kind of unprofessional for Salesforce Stature)
- They lowball rigorously. low ball to an extent they start with 1 level down and 5/10k less than your current position and Annual Salary irrespective of the budget planned for the role. This is almost a soft rejection.
- They do not provide any room for negotiation.
