I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Madrid) in Feb 2018
Interview
The total process took about 2 months in between sending the CV and having aprox 6 interviews, one of them a panel interview. The whole process was well explained and detailed in each stage, what most impress me overall, is the engagement of the whole team, you can feel the Ohana culture from the beginning and at all the times from the receptionist to the directors.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Salesforce (Nijmegen) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was fast, the lady was too late and went into the conversation that I was not capble (I have a strong sales record and have been on the leaderboard already for 4 years in my current sales role) I do not know why, but she was not interested in hiring me and did not give me a proper chance. During the conversation, it turned out to be mainly outbound which was not mentioned in the role online, which is not what I want so after 15 minutes I decided not to continue the conversation
3 rounds - HR screening, Hiring Manager, Panel round
Efficient, appreciate it.
Panel round is always going to be the hardest, good to practice with peers who are in sales.
