Interview
It was a great experience! The Salesforce team really makes an effort to set up times with a bunch of people to know the candidate. I spoke to so many people before the final interview, which was a demo / customer meeting simulation. The coaching throughout the process was amazing for the final interview. That was a good way to see how a manager coaches and to see if a candidate can be coachable. GREAT was to assess skill and interpersonal communication, etc.

Can you help us understand how you would work with account managers in this role?
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
