I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2018
Interview
Two phone screens with recruiter who was very professional and laid out expectations of candidates very well. Then had 1:1 30 minute interview with Senior Manager but failed to impress him on the day.
Was mentioned in this interview that I wasn't the age profile of current team members and was that an issue for me? Found this a strange question from a company that is a staunch advocate of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Asked about knowledge of their individual products
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Question 1
Explain your sales process
How do you perform outreach
Describe a deal won
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
