I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2019
Interview
My interview process was a bit longer than most I believe as I was a finalist for the first position and an internal candidate was hired, but I was kept on the hook for the next position to open. And then I went back and did a panel interview again as a finalist for a position later in the year and landed the job the second time around! Overall, I had 5 phone interviews, and ended up doing 2 panel interviews (including a short discovery & demo presentation). I started interviewing in May, went for my panel interview the first round at the end of June, heard back that I didn't get the position within a week but that they really liked me for a future position. Then was invited back as a finalist for a new position at the beginning of October, and was told I got the position within 5 days! Definitely worth the wait as this is a huge opportunity for me!
