laatste stap was een assessment day met een groepsgesprek, business case, individueel HR gesprek en Q & A. Business case was voor te bereiden
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.

- 2 interview avec Managers SE
- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
