I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Salesforce in Apr 2021
Interview
Very bizarre initial interview after I had applied to a role that had 8-10 different locations listed as possible. The recruiter who called me was clearly only interested in staffing for Atlanta and seemed annoyed that I had applied with a different location in mind (I even indicated which ones I was looking for in the application). When I pointed this out, she cut me off and said, "I'll get back to you next week. I have to wait until next week."
I followed up after the call but never heard back again. I had been really excited to interview with Salesforce and now it was all over because I happened to get that person who was only interested in serving her location. Luckily I found a great permanent remote role with another company shortly thereafter.
I would suggest that the people handling these calls familiarize themselves with the actual details of the positions they're trying to staff before they set up these calls. It's just unprofessional to waste people's time.
Very simple and organized.
When did you work with an ambiguous problem? How do you work with stakeholders? Interviewer was incredibly nice and recruiter as well. I did not receive an offer at the end of it.
Recruiter screening then a portfolio presentation where they also ask you some behavioral questions. Last round was a quick interview with the hiring manager with all behavioral questions. Process was dragged on due to the holidays
I had a very positive experience during my interview. The people I met were genuinely nice and approachable, which made for a comfortable and engaging environment. The conversation flowed easily, and I felt at ease throughout the process.
The questions asked about my portfolio were insightful and relevant, showing a genuine interest in my work and thought process. This allowed me to showcase my skills and experience effectively.
Additionally, I was impressed by the prompt response after the interview. The quick follow-up was appreciated and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and respect for my time.
Overall, it was a great experience with a friendly and professional atmosphere.
