It was a long process, which began with the first call from HR. After that, I had a pleasant interview with some managers where I felt very comfortable. This unlocked the panel phase, where I first made a discovery and then a demo to a fake customer (in the meantime I was trained by a buddy). The examiners were the director and 3 SF managers, and they pretended to be the customer's CX level. Finally, after 3 months more or less, I was called back. :)
