Another bad experience interviewing at Salesforce. After four interviews (first with recruiter, second with hiring manager, third with VP of Sales and the last a panel simulating a customer conversation), receiving an excelent feedback on each step of the process, they gave me a final feedback (after I look for them asking for this feedback) saying that they decided to move forward with another candidate. I know that there are tons of excelent professionals, but I just would like a better feedback saying why they have chosen this other candidate, so I could better prepare for future interviews. I feel like a waste of time (preparing for lots of interviews, study the business case for the roleplay, prepare the presentation for the roleplay) for, in the end, just receive a standard feedback that they have chosen another person. It is frustrating and lack of empathy by Salesforce side. It is a company I admire but they are not fair with their interview process.

Question 1
why a customer should choose Salesforce versus other CRM or BI platforms?
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Explain your sales process
How do you perform outreach
Describe a deal won
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
