4 Weeks Total - from application submission to offer letter:
- Two recruiter conversations/interviews (initial recruiter for application submission, then transferred to recruiter within specific organization - 30 minutes each) - lay of the land, culture, role, process, Q&A
- Hiring Manager interview (45 minutes) - was conversational, engaged and present, asked thoughtful questions
- Panel Presentation interview (60 minutes) - presented to 3 leaders, was conversational, they were engaged and present, asked thoughtful questions
- Process can be difficult for some who are new to the organization/culture or presenting to a panel - but I felt at ease and have experience in this role from my previous employment
