Interview
I was contacted by an internal recruiter about an engineering leadership role. From the first contact to the offer, it took only 2 weeks. I was totally impressed with the process and the effectiveness of the interviews. I had one phone conversation with the hiring manager and 5 rounds of on-site interviews. The onsite interviews were technical and behavioral and were of moderate difficulty. Given I had a couple of other offers, I was impressed at how quickly they were able to make a decision and get back to me with an offer the same day!

They didn't have an actual need for an employee on this specific team.
All they were looking for was free consulting on a business problem.
They used the interview process to get free work.
I'd reccomend pushing back on the request to solve some task as part of your interview prep.
Ask that you solve a more abstract question.
