Salesforce SMTS - Senior Member of Technical Staff interview questions

Got a call from recruiter to set up the initial interview round late night. On the interview date, logged in 10 minutes early and identified a technical issue so tried to call the recruiter to inform. She did not pick up. I joined the interview to let the interviewer know about the issue. He offered to reschedule. I dropped an email to the recruiter to reschedule. She ignored. Called her. Ignored. Dropped a reminder email. Still ignored. I have not faced this much unprofessionalism by the recruiters of a renowned tech organization. Salesforce needs to do a quality check of their recruiters and remove such people who hamper hiring.

Hiring process consisted of 4 rounds. One coding round, one low level design round, one high level design round, one hiring manager round. Interviewers were great. But HR was very bad. He ghosted me couple of months back when process had not started where he called when I was busy, I called him back and he told that he will call me back but never did. One month later, they somehow start my process. 3 interviews done on the same day. He told that he will reach out for 4th round as 3 rounds are clear, but never did. I reached out to them asking for 4th round, then got that done. After that it was a marathon, I kept calling/sending email to them 2-3 times a week. Sometimes he picks up or revert, many times he does not. Asked a friend of mine working in the firm to get in touch with them even then no improvement. I kept on following for more than a month in hope that things have been positive and I would eventually get the offer. Not once did the HR mention that it is not a positive. Every time when i was able to connect, he would just say will inform in a week’s time. One month later, he says that he won’t be able to proceed. It was such a irritating experience with Salesforce. Had better expectations from them. People interviewing with them be ready for the mental torture. If you are not ready, don’t start interviewing.
