Salesforce Product Manager interview questions

There were two panels with 2 each. They asked questions relating to experience with budgeting, leading workstreams and testing experience. They did not really ask any behavioral type questions but mostly based on experience and what if scenarios.

Process had 5 rounds. Very exhaustive process starting from peer to director to vp. Overall combination of stress and chill rounds. Process can not be gamed hence requires solid preparation.
