Salesforce Project Manager interview questions

4 round interview - 1st call with hiring manager, 3 separate calls with members of the team (mostly dev team). Everyone on the team was very delightful and easy to speak with. Very intelligent and empathetic team members. Long wait time between interview rounds.

The normal process would be to have 5-6 rounds of interviews. 1 with the hiring manager, 2 with the product teams, 1-2 with engineering leads and 1 with the VP. Questions are largely based on current experience and what you are working on. The rest are regular PM process questions where you need to quote from experience. There were a couple of questions on writing use cases as well in hypothetical scenarios. Overall, a good experience.
