- 1 échange téléphonique avec le service RH pour comprendre les contours du poste et s'assurer de ma compatibilité
- 1 RDV avec mon N+1 pour échanger sur ses attentes et aussi s'assurer de ma compatibilité par rapport à ses besoins
- 1 RDV avec mon N+2 pour valider la décision du N+1
- 1 mise en situation avec un cas client à préparer en amont ! Attention, important de prendre très au sérieux cette étape

Phone interview with recruiter from San Francisco location. asked basic sales questions but didn't tell me much about the actual position. The second interview was with another remote recruiter who mentioned that they have monthly meetings after the phone call to nominate candidate. I was over qualified for this position but he never circled back to me after 3 follow up attempts.

Interview
Salesforce made the process easy and enjoyable. I received an email saying there was interest and someone will call me. Received an initial screening call, then another with HR manager, a face to face meeting with my manager to-be, a call with VP of sales in my region and finally a panel presentation. In all, it was about 5 weeks.
