I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2018
Interview
There were four interviews in total which I completed during this process. The first was with a recruiter (internal tosalesforce) by phone and was more of a conversation than a traditional interview. I talked through my CV with her and she discussed the role with me.
The next two interviews were with two different managers in the department. The managers each brought an analyst from their teams to their respective interviews. The interview centred around discussing my CV, what had motivated me to apply for the role, what was my understanding of the business and the industry within which it operates etc.
The final interview involved preparing a business case to present to a senior director in the department along with the two managers I had met previously. The panel introduced new information throughout the presentation to see how I would adapt to it and how it would impact my analysis. This was probably the most challenging stage in the entire process, but in my opinion is a very effective way to assess candidates.

Question 1
What do you see as the main challenges facing Salesforce over the next five years?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Recruiter phone screen
Hiring Manager video interview (30 min)
Excel test (45 min)
On-site interviews (4 interviews, each for 30 min)
The interview process was fairly standard. Everyone was really friendly and easy to talk to. During the on-site, there were a few simple case-like questions. I think anyone who is proficient at Excel could do well on the test, just brush up on your formulas and pivot tables.

Interview
I applied through an employee referral. It was one of the most transparent and efficient interview processes I've ever experienced. I had 2 phone interviews - one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. Afterwards, I was invited onsite to interview with a team of 6 people over the course of 3.5 hours.
