Salesforce Software Developer interview questions

I gave the hacker rank test and a phone screen was scheduled. It went great and the hiring manager said that the recruiter will let me know of next steps and they ghosted me. No replies nothing on multiple follow up.

I was referred by another employee. First was a 30 minute phone screen with the hiring manager where we talked about my background and what this role would entail. Second was a three-hour programming challenge on HackerRank, which was by far the toughest part of the interview. I was brought in for an onsite interview about a week after. The interview consisted of two panel interviews which were about 75 minutes each. The interviews mainly consisted of talking about my past experience, some behavioral questions, and some whiteboarding questions. There were no "gotcha" type questions. I was offered a position the day after the interview. Overall a very smooth and transparent interview process.
