I approached a Salesforce recruiter on LinkedIn and got on a call very shortly after. After that first call, they shared my resume with a few directors and organized a call for me with one of them. This second call was followed by a third call with another senior employee. I was then invited to prepare a presentation and demo which I presented in a role-play format in front of a panel consisting of four senior people.
Every single interaction with all people involved was extremely nice, welcoming, supporting and encouraging. It never felt too formal and as if I had to watch every word, instead it was an authentic and honest conversation. It was an atmosphere intentionally made for to feel good so that I could perform at my best - an immensely positive experience.
The preparation and execution of the panel interview is pretty heavy though but a healthy exercise to simulate how you'd perform in the job.
