The interview process began with an employee referral to the hiring manager (Director, Solutions Engineering) to express my interest and experience using the platform. The following process was fairly standard, but very thorough. After a couple of introductory conversations with the hiring manager, following calls were more interview-style. I spoke with another Director of Solutions Engineering, a Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, and two of the regional Sales VP's.
Following these phone interviews, I was invited to prepare and give a presentation and demo in the Atlanta office to the same group of people I had interviewed with, plus an additional Lead Solutions Engineer. The team was mostly remote and viewed by webcam, and there were a couple of people in the room with me. Questions were asked throughout the presentation and at the end. None of these were intentionally challenging and were more about elaborating or clarifying one of the points in the presentation.
Throughout the entire process, everybody I spoke to was incredibly approachable and eager to answer any questions I had. I also felt they gave very honest and transparent answers about the goals they want their teams to achieve and potential obstacles they face too.
