Initial phone call with recruiter, F2F meeting with hiring manager, F2F meeting with manager of hiring manager, F2F meeting with team members, F2F meeting with country manager. Panel presentation. Hiring managers had reference call with two former managers.

Interview
entretien RH dans un premier temps, puis avec le N+1, puis passage du panel (soutenance devant 5 ou 6 personnes).
Une fois ces étapes validées, des entretiens sont prévus avec les N+2 et N+3.
Dans mon cas, le poste sur lequel j'avais postulé a été pourvu en interne, ils m'ont donc proposé de me repositionner sur un autre poste, ce que j'ai accepté, mais avec l'obligation de refaire le process (panel + entretiens)

Interview
I interviewed with the hiring manager and their manager for two different roles after an initial screening call with the recruiter. The initial referral came from a senior executive so the recruiters screening call was more about the process than to screen me.
I initially interviewed for one one role but agreed to another. I had 5 formal and 2 informal interview.
It was important for everyone that the role was a good fit and ensured the job would be successful. I was very impressed with everyone involved and was able to have open and candid discussions to ensure we were al on the same page.
