Goed, HR and direct manager are friendly. It's a young startup company in Europe. So there are still some potential to grow and develop in the future. Through the recruitment process, HR and direct manager also gave good insight of the current situation of the company.
It was very thorough with star format behavioral questions. I had about 5 questions that asked me to tell me about a time when I did something. The interview itself took about 25 minutes and it was fairly laid back.
