Arranged by headhunter, arranged with the regional head for the role of the head of product marketing for Southeast Asia. The hiring manager was from Korea (based in Singapore) and appeared reading from the screen. He was un-enthusiastic and did not seem prepared. The camera for the video interview was from the sideview and the background was laundry rack. It was not as professional as I expected it to be for a rather senior role.
