The interview had many stages and the first interview was quite easy at first and then they require candidates to present about topic that gave us. They put candidates at same time and interviewed

The initial interviewer was not knowledgeable of the hiring manager, why the job title was "IT Director" as the role was a software development program leadership position. In addition, the interview struggled with asking questions. Seemed as if the interview was reading from a paper and little interviewing experience.
