Had a phone interview for a contract role and when I asked the interviewer to describe the management style of the executives I’d be supporting she proceeded to share the following: “One is Caucasian and really nice. He’s the hiring manager and that’s the person you’ll need to impress and the other is Middle Eastern, Israeli but not aggressive.” This statement is both illegal and rascist.
