Samsung Electronics Sales Associate interview questions

I interviewed for this role under Electric Industry department. I was interviewed by 3 people from the department and 1 HR manager. The interview went pretty quickly, asking about my personal background and experience. It was intimidating at first, but everyone was very friendly

They ask about your previous experience with customers. I was asked what I would do if customers came in asking the benefits of a Galaxy vs. an iPhone. Pretty brief and easy on the spot interview. Just be confident and let them know that you are experienced and reliable.
