Interview
Had to do swab test before can enter the building but HR never informed the nurse/doctor so had to wait about an hour for the HR people to come. Then had to wait a few more hours for the interviewer to arrive. During interview suddenly offer a different role. Waste of time and effort. Poor management and respect.
