Sanofi Scientist Downstream Purification interview questions

If you work in DSP in the the biotechnology industry, you will be able to pass the interviews for this position. People were very friendly and professional. The 4 hr series of interviews included a 1 hr presentation, 1 hr informal meeting with their team of Scientists and 1 hr human resources interview. all went well for me. I got the offer and declined it (tried to negotiate but no luck). I declined the offer because the base salary offered for me for this position was only 4000 dollars/year different from the base salary of a TECHNOLOGIST at Sanofi (a position one of my friends got recently), even though i hold a PhD from a well known university and i have a very good experience in Biotechnology industry. Its not bad for people who want to get some experience, or for those who want to get their foot in the door. I hope this will help people to mnage thier expectations when applying to Sanofi !
