Sanofi Senior Scientist interview questions

Multiple rounds of interviews .Initial interview with the hiring manager with followed by job-talk and all day interviews with various people from the different departments that work closely with them.

Very weird experience: I was asked to provide my availability for the initial phone screen with the hiring manager. After doing so, I was asked to be available on a time that I was unsure if I could make it as I had a prior commitment that could not be rescheduled. I explained this to HR and asked for alternate times. HR never responded back. I had to email them three times to make sure they understood I was not going to be available at the time they requested. After the third time, they confirmed that they had received my email. Despite me explaining the reasons why I could not accommodate the time they had requested, HR did not bother providing an alternate time/ date for the interview. I was disappointed because I thought that Sanofi being a top company would provide a much better candidate experience.
