A former colleague advised me for the position. I was briefly aquintant with my new manager, we met at conferences. So he knew a bit about me and i had good recomendations. The interview was light. i asked more about the project ahead than he asked me. Then i had some general reasoning and computation test which was badly translated to Rusian. To sum up i had 2 rounds of phone intrview, 2 on site and one general test.
