There was no focus on architecture, system design, leadership, or problem-solving, which are core to a senior role. Felt more like a college quiz than an evaluation of real-world engineering experience. The process needs to better reflect the responsibilities of the role. As a candidate with hands-on leadership and architectural experience, it was a waste of time.
