the questions are more focused on Interpersonal and social skills than technical skills . they are extremely friendly and professional. They give a good impression about the company roles and business.

Interview
Recruiter will process everything from setting up of calendar invites, web hosting and application forms.
Supervisor is the 2nd stop. If he likes you, he will revert to the recruiter so that the recruiter can put up a meeting with hiring manager.
Hiring Manager is the final guy to assess if you'll get the job.

The interview was an intense one focused mainly on basics taught in undergraduate B.Tech course in electrical. Application oriented questions were also encountered and the entire process was a bit lengthy and testing.
