I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Melbourne) in Feb 2019
Interview
READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING AT SCHNEIDER. I cleared 3 staged of their interview, the online video interview, the panel interview and the HR interview. The entire process was annoyingly slow. After almost 2 month of their snail pace HR process, I got offered the job. Everything, including the salary, incentives, bonus, super etc was discussed in detail and even got a confirmation from the manager with all the numbers for me to review. I verbally accepted their offer and all that was left was a written offer letter from Schneider. After another 3 weeks I got a call from their HR today saying that the position was not approved by one of the line managers saying, "they are reviewing their strategies for the works they have lined up" and my application was basically dumped. Please, if you are reading this, stay away from Schneider. Even if you do get an offer from them, do not stop looking elsewhere. Do not trust their word. Imagine how low a company can stoop down to if they can't even stick to their word. I hope someone from Schneider reads this and realises what a mess this company is and decides to move on. I'm only writing this with an intent to benefit as many seriously good candidates as I can.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Doha)
Interview
Interview was good
I was faced by direct manager and his manager.
The overall interview took 2 hours and was quite casual with coffee and snacks
Both Manager and his manager were very friendly and encouraging to join at that time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric
Interview
Two phone interviews. Not very technical. Questions were based more towards customer interaction. All paperwork was fedexed or faxed.
