Schneider Electric Graduate Engineer Trainee interview questions

The selection process consists of 3 levels online interview, group discussion, technical HR. Online test itself consist of both aptitude and core concepts of your choice or department. Most of the people fail in the first round itself not just because of complexity but lacking time management skills.

The interview process began with an online aptitude test, followed by a technical interview focusing on my engineering coursework and a few problem-solving questions. The final round was an HR interview where they asked about my career goals and expectations.
