Online application, followed by an email request to set up a telephone interview. Interview was successful and was requested to attend a face to face meeting combined with a skills test. On the day of the interview the skills test was a simple brief, following brand guidelines that needed to be completed in 45 minutes. The face to face interview was afterwards where a number of questions were posed and required responses based on personal experience.
