Great communication from the recruiter initially, but went totally silent following the hiring manager interview despite attempts to follow up, leaving a very poor impression of the company. They then put out fresh recruitment adverts. Very unprofessional recruiters.
The hiring manager seemed unprepared for the interview and asked no technical/skill-related questions. Insistence on video conferencing using company-specific software, rather than Skype or telephone, led to a slight delay on speech/image and possible miscommunication.
