Initially an Aptitude Test followed with an Interview Process . It is very easy & if we are able to learn the concepts in MBA we can easily answer all the questions. Basic concepts are been asked.

I submitted an application online. After several weeks I finally contacted by email to participate in a HireView interview. I completed and submitted the video interview. It was then almost another month after before I received a "no thanks" from them.

Interview
It was very brief and on point. It was a phone interview which lasted for 25min. With normal questions on previous experience, about yourself and few behavioral questions.
