Applied online through college site then got an on-campus interview. It was really laid back. I got invited to final interviews and they flew me to Chicago. Everything went really well and everyone was very nice. You have dinner and meet and greet the first night. The next day is long but helpful. You learn about the company and then have 3 1-1 interviews with managers. I declined the offer I received because of location.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Istanbul)

First contact made by HR. If you pass, second meeting made with manager. If you pass third meeting made with upper level manager.
First meeting can be online meeting. Second meeting can be online or face to face.

En el proceso de selección me hicieron en total 3 entrevistas. La primera fue en video, la segunda con recursos humanos y la tercera con mi jefe. Fueron bien las tres, lo que te puedes esperar

Found the process enjoyable and flowed well. All aspects were professional and well run and followed up in a timely fashion. Gary from Refocus was a pleasure to work with and made me feel he was working in my best interests.
