I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Pittsburgh, PA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Interviewers were very friendly and patient, willing to introduce to you a lot about the company and the position
It was a full-time position in Shanghai, China. Total four rounds (no onsite) :
1. Around 1.5 hr written test on campus right after their info session (+ talking with HRs);
2. Phone interview with an HR (more behavior and experience on your resume);
3. Skype technical interview with a team lead 1 vs 1;
4. Finally, 1 vs 2 Skype with the manage and a HR.
Every interview was about a week apart from the next one.
Always prepare some questions for the company and interviewers. Calm down and stay positive when a technical problem occurs during the Skype/phone interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR asked mostly behavior questions, like biggest challenges, past experiences, what you know about the company, career plan, and why the company, etc.
Technical interview questions depends on your knowledge and related past experience and problem solving abilities/approaches, including some hypothetical situations. E.g. Basic understanding of material, stress analysis
