There wasn't an interview. It was an online application for summer training at the Kolkata Branch. It was more of get to know you session rather than an interview. We got assigned to our respective guides who are senior staff of Schneider Electric.

Initial round, got an email to conduct a video interview before a dateline, they gave preparation time before answering questions, but i felt the time to answer was too short

Interview
The first interview was a HireVue with typical behavioral questions, then, based on that, another interview was scheduled. The second interview was focused on describing what the job requires and whether the applicant met those requirements.
