The first step was a pre-recorded interview. You were given a prompt, 30 seconds to prepare, and 3 minutes to answer. The next step was a phone interview with a plant manager.

It was a panel interview and i was asked about different experiences. Typical panel interview and normal questions asked during the panel interview process. Interviewers are friendly and very engaging to know more about you

Extremely friendly people. I had a great conversation with both interviewers (2 rounds). Overall wanted to see what your goals are and how you behave with others. They taught me more about the company through conversation that the interviews didn’t feel like “interviews”.
