Hiring process is very smooth, normally they take 2-3 technical interview, level of complexity is average to difficult, Generally it also depends on vertical for which they are hiring, I found the experience good enough.

First forwarded my resume to Refferal concerned manager.
Then he forwarded it to HR with their requirement.
1st round interview was taken by technical person.
2nd round interview was taken HR with technical person & complete the selection procedure.
Plant automation system hardware & software detailed engineering, execution & commissioning with project management.

Interview
The interview process was awesome.
First Round was Manager Round.
Second Round was Technical Written. This covered all the skills mentioned in your resume.
The questions were from OOPS, SQL, Threading, C# and asp.net. We need to go through the sample code and figure out what is the output.
Also it covered SQL performance scenario based question. How will you improve the performance. Mainly sql indexing.
Second round was also awesome. The questions were regarding design patterns, what scenario you use them and to demonstrate how you implemented the patterns. Also when you will go with abstract and interface and how you implemented in your scenario.
Overall it was a very good experience.
