I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Schneider Electric in Mar 2013
Interview
It was an on-campus interview, took about 2 weeks to process and get interviewed. interviewer was very nice and patient. Most of the questions were about resume and other experiences including self-introduction and leadership and internship experiences with one easy logic question. Behavior questions are about what would you do if.. Overall it is a good experience.
Got interviewed by a senior sales engineer and a person from the HR department who were both quite friendly yet professional. Interview lasted almost an hour and questions were mostly based on my resume, as well as some behavioral and technical knowledge questions. Nothing extraordinary about that, but they really wanted to know my professional background and how much I wanted the job. I was probably rejected because I asked for a few days to think if I agreed to everything the position entailed, so remember to show enthusiasm.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Riad) in Oct 2014
Interview
First of all they call for a "Get to know" interview. one week later they call for an actual interview. It last around an hour. Three weeks later, they send an offer that I didn't like so I asked them to review it again and one week later they gave me what I deserve.
