I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Ratingen) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was a difficult interview, I didn't get selected unfortunately. They focus highly on your technical background and experiences to make their selection. There were 2 engineers and one manager asking 5-6 questions each on technical topics.
Dear Candidate,
Thank you for your honest and positive feedback, even though the outcome wasn’t what you had hoped for. We truly appreciate the effort you put into the interview and your openness in sharing your experience.
Our technical roles do require a strong background, and we understand that the process can be challenging. We wish you all the best for your future career and hope our paths may cross again.
Warm regards,
Lea

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Kairo, )
Interview
It was simple technical interview with the manager. I was fresh graduate so I was asked about my GP and if I was eager to learn new technologies and understand more concepts about the field.
Online, and done via hirevue, very straightforward process with questions that challenged me but wasn’t too hard to answer. Defitely learnt from the experience and now I have a better understand on what kind of questions employers may ask which will help me in my future interviews
