I applied online. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Newark, NJ) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was fast. Interviewer seemed uninterested, made me nervous. Did not take my work experience seriously. I knew I wouldn’t get it from sheer attitude. Usually confident but this interviewer drained me of all of that
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Bengaluru) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was conducted as part of the campus placement process. The first round was an online written exam with two sections. The first section was a quiz focused on our core domain, consisting of 30 questions to be completed in 30 minutes. The second section included gamified assessments, where traditional tests like verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, numerical reasoning, situational judgment, and personality tests were presented on gamified platforms. Everyone who applied was allowed to participate in this round. After this round, 100 students were selected for the next stage.
The next round was a technical interview, where we were mostly asked questions related to our resumes and were interviewed based on our potential roles in the company. The final stage was the HR interview, where the HR representative gave a brief introduction to the company and asked basic questions like "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" and "Where do you see yourself in five years?"
A week later, the results were announced, and they selected 19 students from my college, including me. Overall, it was a great experience.
