HR interview & then 2 line management interviews (one with the N+1 and as last phase, interview with the n+2). Standard questions (motivation, experience, some situational questions to test aptitude to deal with resistance to change)

Applied online, was reached out to by a recruiter to set up a panel interview with engineering team. Simply a 30 minute panel interview with the team interrupting each other and not letting me fully answer any questions due to extreme time limitation. Was ghosted following the interview.
